Leslie Anderson

lacoach9@aol.com

In her ninth year as Director of the Haydens All Star Cheerleading Program, Leslie Anderson uses her 24 years of cheerleading/ gymnastics/tumbling experience to coach all Haydens teams where they have attained numerous national championships and top placements. In 2003, the Junior Silver team was named National Champions; in 2004, all four Hayden’s teams placed in the top five nationally in their respective divisions; in 2005, she coached the Senior Squad to a national championship at Cheersport and in 2006, they repeated as Cheersport national champions. Since then, she has acquired even more Cheersport championships including last year’s Junior Teal and Senior Purple teams. In 2009, Leslie led our Senior Teal team to a huge win at the International All Levels championship - this team won against all other small level 4 teams across the nation.  Leslie trained in cheer and dance at Lakeside High School and at Augusta State University where she was honored as the Most Valuable Member on the dance team. Leslie has worked as a member/advisor to the Georgia All Stars, Top Flight All Stars, Champion Cheer All Stars, and Haydens All Stars. She also choreographs routines for local schools, dance teams, and individuals. Leslie is USASF-certified in Levels 1-5 and is CPR/first aid certified.

Devin Floyd

devinfloyd7@comcast.net

Devin Floyd is entering his fifth year coaching the Haydens All Stars. Devin has coached the youth, junior, and both senior squads. But coaching isn’t all he does - you might also see him down at the other end of the gym throwing full twisting back somersaults or back layouts. His 17 years of gymnastics and tumbling experience is a real plus to the cheer program because he can actually demonstrate the techniques so essential in All Star cheerleading. Devin has trained with Haydens, Gymnastics Gold, and Southern Elite Gymnastics and is a graduate of the Berkeley College of Music. If the cheerleaders would ever let him go, Devin would like to someday pursue a career in music production and choreography perhaps even opening his own entertainment/production company. Devin is a trained choreographer and a proven winner – in February 2006, Devin, along with Leslie and our long-time choreographer Tiy Fountain, was honored with “most creative choreography” award for the Junior Black performance at the NCA competition in Dallas, Texas. In 2009, Devin coached two of our four Cheersport National championship teams last season. If that isn’t enough, Devin is also a member of the Stingray Level 6 Coed squad. Devin is USASF-certified for levels 1-5.

Brynn Regan returns to Haydens as a Cheersport Nationals winning coach in 2010!  In February, she helped coach our Junior Teal squad to a huge come-from-behind win at Cheersport.  She also coached our Youth Purple team last year - one of the most successful youth novice teams we've ever had.   Brynn is no stranger to cheer gyms or to the sport. She’s an extremely accomplished competitive cheerleader and experienced cheer coach with an impressive background. Brynn cheered with Southern Mpact for three years before beginning her coaching career here at Haydens where she also taught gymnastics. At the same time, she cheered for ACX on their Coed Level 5 squad. After moving to Virginia in 2007, she continued to coach for Fame All Stars for their Junior Level 2 and Youth Level 5. Fame All Stars went on to compete at World’s and placed 10th. When she wasn’t busy coaching, Brynn double-teamed for their Senior Large 5 and Large 4 teams. After returning home to Georgia, she coached for Premier Mpact AND cheered for the Stingray All Stars on their Open Level 6 squad. This year Brynn will spend more time on the road…when she’s not coaching Haydens teams, she’ll return to Atlanta to cheer for the Stingrays World Team Open! Brynn has a vast background in every facet of competitive cheerleading and brings a wealth of experience to our Twisters program. Brynn is USASF-certified and also certified by the National Council for Spirit Safety and Education (NCSSE).
